A few interactions later (geico, cops, tow trucks and a close friend who offered me sanctuary for the night) I decided to call up Faraj to fix my car and make it back to LA. On the phone, he proposed that it might be an issue with the hybrid battery and gave me a reasonable quote and a fast turnaround. I spent most of the day with him today and he did just that!What I really appreciate about Faraj was his dedication to addressing my needs, his willingness to keep trying out different solutions, and how he genuinely wanted the best for me and my car. All my engine lights were turned on on my dashboard and the car was no longer running. Adam and Farraj provided me with excellent customer service. They made sure to perform their best professional labor, my car was supposed to be ready in 3 days but they had my car ready by the next day! Faraz was a god sent as I tried to figure out how to revive my 2007 prius that was completely... read moreFaraz was a god sent as I tried to figure out how to revive my 2007 prius that was completely dead inside my garage. Couldn't unlock or open the doors. Called Faraz after checking out some of the Yelp reviews. I mentioned that I had a dead car sitting in my garage where I couldn't access the hood and battery to try to jump the car as it was facing an interior wall. He patiently walked me through every step of the way on the phone till I was able to open the trunk from the inside of the car, access the rear battery (who knew there was a battery in the rear!), and jump-start my car. I was able to successfully re-start it, take it to an auto store and buy a new battery. The local store was charging a lot to install it, so I called Faraz again and he said he would come by to my place of work and replace it for a nominal fee. He kept his word, showed up on time and was done in no time. He was very professional, courteous, honest and reliable. I am so glad I reached out to him. I highly recommend Faraz and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.Thank you Faraz! read less

I researched online about this and found that the problem could be a faulty/near end of life battery. I looked for different quotes from different people online and even talked to them about what my options could be but to be honest they just sounded shady and where pushing hard to get a battery replaced without even testing or seeing my car. The last person to call was this business and a gentleman called Faraj. He offered to test the battery at no charge and give me a straight answer on what I needed. Once I arrived to his business he was very courteous, professional and kept his word as far as checking the health of my battery and giving me an honest opinion. It’s hard to find now a days people that are good, honest and reliable. I also appreciated the way he spent time explaining to me what a drained battery looks like and all the help he provided. If you are thinking about getting your battery tested, fixed or replaced then Faraj is your guy. I highly recommend his business but first talk to him to see what your options are. Thus by far the best service I’ve ever received from any auto repair business. I brought in a 2016 Toyota Prius with 228k miles on it the team had never seen a Prius this new with that many miles in it. However I was in need of a total engine replacement. Adam and his team of experts made me feel at ease and explained the process from start to finish. The job was completed in ample time way faster than I expected there were no surprises everything was done so In an efficient manner offering transparency from start to finish. 5 starts is not enough these guys are amazing. I drove 110 miles one way to meet with these guys having my car towed in and if I had to do it all over again I would without any hesitation. No way... So I made an appointment with Faraj to replace my battery with a refurbished one. Faraj arrived and replaced my dying battery with the refurbished one. He was very fast and offers great service. My new battery is in great condition and I am very happy to pay $760 instead of $3000 to replace my battery.
